EAEU Member States’ Customs Registers

Intellectual Property Customs Registers are a major instrument of cooperation of right holders and customs authorities of EAEU member states. Customs Register is the primary database that customs authorities refer to when performing customs clearance. Information included in the Register allows for employing effective measures against import of counterfeit and grey goods by customs.

We always advocate for the inclusion of intellectual property objects into the Customs Register of the EAEU state of choice before all of our clients.

We provide services for the inclusion of trademarks into Customs Registers of all EAEU Member States.
