Preparation of objections to the registration of the application

Applications for registration as a trademark are made available in the public domain. Any interested person has the right to apply to Kazpatent with an objection to the registration of the designation as a trademark. Submitting an appeal will inform the experts of the Kazpatent about the impossibility of registering of a particular designation due to the violation of the rights of third parties.
