Prevention of import of counterfeit goods through the border (customs work)

AIS has a broad experience in representing the right holders before the customs authorities of Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, and Armenia. Our long-standing working relationship with the customs facilitates the timely access to information about the discovery of violations of the right holder’s exclusive rights; additionally, it allows for efficient exchange of analytics about counterfeit shipments, which is subsequently used during customs clearance.  

Such prolific cooperation is possible with the analytics and statistics databases created by AIS, which is permanently added to and analyzed for correlations between and criteria of IP infringements.
