Website blocking

In case of copyright infringement on a website, the author has the right to file a lawsuit and petition for interim measures and oblige the Ministry of Digital Development, Innovation and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan to block the webpages of the site.

Such cases are considered in the usual manner, the adoption of interim measures does not guarantee the satisfaction of the claim, as in any dispute.

After receiving the final judicial act (decision) on the case, it is necessary to send an application to the Ministry of Digital Development, Innovation and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan to block the site.

Cost of services:

• recordation of copyright infringement with the help of a notary - 90,000 ₸ (notary services are paid separately),
• obtaining information about the owner (administrator) of the site - 10,000 ₸
• preparation of a lawsuit, support of the case in the first instance - from 300,000 ₸
• sending an application to the Ministry of Digital Development, Innovation and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the purposes of blocking of the website - 10,000 ₸

State fees, postage, notary services, etc. (if necessary) are paid separately.
